Lake Laogai[]
Lake Laogai is a small body of water located within the Agrarian Zone of Ba Sing Se. It is stated to be a vacation spot, but in actuality, it hides beneath it the secret headquarters of the Dai Li, including a full training centre and a prison for those they arrest suspected of particularly henious crimes.
